The food arrived in a box. For freeze, dried product, my dog. Like the food right away, it was a water diet. And it was similar to what I had been making for her for several years, the one difference was the protein source in Chi dog was pork and the poor team source. In what we had been making for her was Turkey. It was very easy to store.

I feed the water diet to both my dogs and they love it! I like the consistency of the food. Customer service is great and very helpful! I recommend ChiDog and ChiCat to a lot of my patients especially picky eaters that don't like the kibble.

Chidog is amazing! Every single person I have interacted with, either via phone, text or email are always so friendly and helpful. The product is amazing and my 14-year-old dog is thriving, even with kidney disease. The staff is always wonderful in helping me decide how to edit and tweak his diet as needed to best support him overall.
