The response from the Doctors was really good but Sydney got really tired of eating the same thing and after a month I saw absolutely no improvement in coat, skin issues, weight issues, following the directions by the book. Do I feel as though I could have reached out to them? Yes. But I really feel like I am fighting a losing battle. with Sydney. He has so many issues that fall into all of the diet categories. Maybe I just need someone local to advise and this food is expensive for people on a budget. But I really appreciated trying it

One of the trays I got was broken and I didn’t receive all three lids.

I was very happy with all the help I received in thinking about which type of food to choose. My dog loves it, but I can't say we have seen any improvements in her health (she has really bad allergies). However, we have been only using it for about 3 weeks, so maybe we need more time to see better results.

Website was a little difficult. All I wanted was place my second order and not have automatic shipment click in. It was not real clear as to how to do this. I just ordered again like I was a new customer. I wanted to explain that I have 4 dogs and I’m testing the food to see if we want to continue.

Chose this per vet recommendation, but I feel duped by a Chi Dog sales rep to my vet. My dog was on raw diet, but wasn’t losing weight. He also has diabetes that we’re trying to get under control. Chose “metal” version since diabetes was listed. After 3 weeks, he gained 2 lbs! Wrong direction! Also, way too much packaging & plastic lids broke (all of them). Human grade meat sounds like a lower standard than I had for my raw food company, non-gmo species appropriate feed, no hormones, one sourced farm. Also, more expensive than raw food diet. The blurb so-called about my dog, printed on box was not true, but again I chose it due to my dog’s health issue listed for that variety. Disappointed in my holistic vet, mostly, for recommending Chi Dog.

For spring and summer more dry ice needs to be packed in with shipment. It takes six days for my delivery and more than half of the food was completely thawed. I had to dispose six trays that smelled sour.
