Never received any Chi Dog food

Love CHI dog! But I bought the CHI dog glove and it literally fell apart the first time I cleaned it. I emailed them and they were but told me they couldn’t do anything due to the glove is actually manufactured by someone else. They said they would reach out to this other party and I should be hearing from someone in two days. They also gave me their info as well if I wanted to reach out to them. I reached out to them and nothing. I have done so twice and this was months ago. How are you going to stand by a product but when there is an issue no one wants to deal with you? I won’t be buying their products. Super sad

Have not received order

I tried to cancel this order because it does not agree with my dog. No one responded. And the order was sent through even though I canceled it and canceled my subscription. I think it’s terrible that I didn’t receive a response within the week that I noted that I was not interested in receiving another shipment and yet you sent the shipment anyway. Terrible customer service. In fact zero customer service. This is a fail.

You did great on sale and delivery. After that, it was all down hill...no returned e-mails; dog had severe diarrhea; after a week, discontinued food and took other measures. Now, we're left with a freezer food of food and afraid to even donate it. Guess that's 100 bucks in the garbage.

The fat level per calorie is crazy high especially for dogs with pancreatic issues as well as irritable bowel disease. I started the fire diet with my dog per my vets recommendation. he did very well until what i believe was a change from turkey breast to turkey dark meat the meat went from white to tan and there was fat in the container the food was kept in after the meat went from white to dark. my dog started getting diarrhea after this change in color. My vet agreed with my findings. after talking with one of the Drs at chi dog on two seperate occasions i was given two completely reasons why there was a color change and no reason for the fat deposits in my container. They used to have a video in there blog that showed how you could make there recipe. they showed using equal portions to make this diet 1/3 protein 1/3 vegetables and 1/3 carbohydrates anybody who knows anything about nutrition for dogs knows this is not a healthy recipe as my vet also concurred with me.My vet is a nutritionist as well and no longer sells or recommends ChiDog.After again talking with ChiDog about this issue and telling them i could no longer feed this to my dog they seemed to care less.I have since switched to another company and my dog has been thriving for months now. I would not recommend ChiDog

The fat content of this product (fire diet) made my dog ill. Her triglycerides shot up to over 1,000 and she was lethargic and vomiting. My dog is a healthy, six year old female with no history of health issues, but at over 50% fat, this product was not compatible with her system. I feel horrible for feeding her a food that made her sick, and I’m issuing this review as a warning to other consumers.After removing this food from her diet, we are going on almost a month with no issues.
