Love the food. The reps are courteous and knowledgeable. But the web page needs a serious redo. It is not user friendly.

My dogs love the food, it arrived quickly. I was surprised because it gave me a diet of 3 different meals for 1 dog & 2 for another but only 1 meal was sent for each I guess. I was expecting a mixture of all 3 recommendations. And possibly individual feedings by their weight given or a custom amount for each dog. Not just a booklet with a general amount of how much to feed them. Especially for the amount of $ I'm paying. Some of the bags have holes or slits in them after I defrost them. I assume that's from being moved around or rubbed together. Definitely going to keep buying but not what I was expecting.

Good product, fast delivery, great packaging. I just wish it was more cost effective. I cook at home to reduce the frequency of my orders and help save some money. Would love to be able to afford to feed Chi dog at every meal.

My dog loved the Chi Dog food. Seems to be very quality. We placed two orders but cancelled after that because it’s just too expensive for us to maintain. The one month supply only lasted us 3 weeks so I’m now making the food myself. Something I wasn’t wanting to do but for financial reasons will continue doing. If you are a busy professional with ample funds..I would highly recommend Chi Dog.

We really enjoy this product. It helps to keep our babies healthy and happy. The food is consistent and very good quality. My only complaint is the consistency with shipping. We occasionally get packages that are torn.

Our Frenchie loves the food. We love its fresh and healthy for her. Would like more info about shipping and tracking. we have 4 week subscription, would like the food to arrive a couple days earlier. We would also like to track the product.

My dogs love the food and lick their plates clean. This has never happened before! Opportunities: 1. A marking mechanism on the packaging would be helpful to more effectively segment for multiple meals. 2. The site links aren't allowing me to setup an account.
