Could have been sent more quickly. Information on the status of the order would have helped. I had sample package and am down to the wire tomorrow.

Molly really liked the food but unfortunately she is extremely allergic to peas and ended up chewing and scratching herself until she was raw!

I am finding it difficult to navigate this subscription.

Several packages arrived partially thawed. I emailed about this and didn’t get a response until I asked again about it. The food is too expensive to worry about proper refrigeration.

Quality of food appears good. Price is expensive.

I found the customer service very friendly as I consulted about my two orders. The second order I specifically requested Not to get one of the packets as my dog did not like them and this order was messed up - I got the food type I did not want … ( I did not contact the company to complain so they could have shipped what I wanted instead…). Hence the 3 star. I like home cooked pet food so I approve overall.

I appreciate the tailored diet plans, however I found that the product was lacking. Turkey was extremely dry and was cut in large chunks. I hand to tear the meat into smaller pieces so that my puppy who likes to scarf his food wouldn’t choke on it. I also found the packing rather flimsy and once defrosted would leak everywhere. Because of this, I have decided to use another food brand.

The food seems great but pamphlet in the box describe the food/dog types differently than the website and so I think I ordered the wrong one. Also, my dog is a puppy, so when reading the fine print, I see he supposed to eat twice the servings so when I ordered and paid for two weeks, I really only got two weeks of food. That makes your prices MUCH more expensive than I had anticipated.
