Great Customer Service. I recently received my routine shipment and the box was all beat up and taped up and inside there was only one package of my food. I called Chi Dog and they immediately sent me out a replacement order. My dog loves this stuff and I know it is good for her old 'Fatty Liver'.

My dog is a very picky eater. I am Amazed at how he gobbles up the water diet Chi Food. This makes me happy because he almost died of kidney failure a few months ago.

So far my furbaby loves your food. I was impressed with how quickly we got our first order. The food looks wonderful! I had been feeding Ollie for awhile and your food is much more appetizing looking. So far it hasn’t helped with her itching but I am hoping that in time it will.

There were several diets to choose from, I was able to choose a diet that suited my dog's needs. The order arrived quickly. My dog enjoyed the food, she ate all the food, quickly. She licked the bowl clean. She would even look at me for more. I fed her twice a day, and a small snack before bedtime.

My vet recommended the food because our dog started having stomach issues. The first thing I noticed was his breath got so much better. We are still working through the stomach issues, but he is loving the food.

Our two dogs have food allergies. They are related. The allergies made worse by our neighbor poisoning rats that died in our backyard. Parasites, months and months of misunderstood GI issues—now they have many food intolerances. Finding a food that they can tolerate and thrive on has been very difficult. I have spent two years trying. Our vet recommend Chi Dog. I wish we could afford the frozen food for our two 65 pound dogs, but GREATLY appreciate the make-at-home supplement kit with simple recipes. Our dogs are doing very well, and on the road to thriving. I highly recommend this company. Thank you.
