I realized after receiving my order that I can make this at home

My dog only eats a small amount if I add a little bit of chicken. When he does his business it’s very good. No more constipation. He’s not that crazy about his food. This is an addendum to my review. The only way I could get my dog to eat the food was to hand feed him. Even then he wasn’t that interested. The last bowl I gave him he wouldn’t eat any of it even with a small amount of chicken in it.

I had a problem with the food and my dog was ill from it. I phoned CHI for help and it took days before the vet tech called me . He was very kind and took his time talking with me. What he suggested didn't help but I never called CHI again.

Food comes on time and my dog enjoys the taste. After three months there is no change in his ailments and no change in his health but he generally enjoys the food. Prices were recently raised so not sure it’s affordable for the average person unfortunately:(

Hello Alyssa, Thank you for taking the time to leave this feedback. In order to continue to provide our clients with the same quality ingredients we have to raise our prices along with inflation costs. We are always here to help with working on your account to make it affordable for you and your pup.

1., the shipping takes 6 days AFTER they process the order. 2. the reps answering emails show no interest in helping, just answering the question in as few words as possible. 3. there is no way to order shipping at a faster rate for a fee. 4. you cannot talk with anyone over the phone and the text option is always "not available at this time".
Response from Chi DogJun 26, 2024
Hello Betty, Thank you for your feedback, we appreciate you taking the time to leave it. We assure you that we are open from 8:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m. PST and return all voicemails and texts. We ship 3 days a week and try to be flexible with a shipping schedule we do not have full control over. Please feel free to reach back out to us if you need any further assistance. Thank you for your time and feedback, Curtis @ Chi Dog

The food was very good look much better then the other fresh food companies. I have tried them all. My dog had no issues she really liked it. Unfortunately it’s very expensive even for a 15 lb dog more so than all the other companies. Their website is very difficult to navigate almost impossible to do basic things like changing menu selection. The delivery company they used for me was horrible.
