The subscription option is very nice. I really like the reminder emails that a shipment will be going out which allows me to check and change amount of food or delivery date as needed. My dogs love the food.

I have seen a difference in my dog. She has had some health issues and since she has been on the water diet, her energy and playful disposition has returned. She is 14 years old so I did not expect much but I am very pleasantly surprised!

Staff were very available and helpful. Love the product, only wish it came in smaller portions as my dog only weighs 4.5 lbs and can't eat it fast enough before I have to throw the rest away.
Response from Chi DogOct 6, 2025
LP, Thank you so much for the feedback! A few easy options for 4.5-lb pups: Portion + freeze: Cut the tray while still slightly frozen into daily portions, pop portions into freezer-safe bags or air tight storage containers, and thaw only what you need. Adjust your plan: We can ship smaller quantities more often so nothing goes to waste. If you’d like, email [email protected] with what you’re using now, and we’ll set up the smallest, least-waste routine for your pup. Warmly, The Chi Dog Team
