My dog loves this food and eats it very joyfully😊. My only misunderstanding was the renewal & shipping process. It was , however explained in detail after my inquiry and I’m perfectly happy with it.

My experience is overall great except…
My experience is overall great except that sometimes the packaging has slits around the edges and the food is exposed. I am hesitant about feeding him it because he has such a sensitive stomach. I don’t care for the trays that are more elongated. They are much harder to proportion his servings.

The trays should always arrive fully sealed, so we understand your concern, especially with a sensitive stomach. If you ever receive trays with slits or that appear compromised, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.

Great food!!
We have 2 super picky eaters. We love the ingredients and it looks and smells amazing!! The service was great too. One dog wouldn’t eat any of the five varieties (nothing new so no reflection on the food) and the other likes only the beef and pork. But that’s exactly why having the trial pack is so awesome. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because it seems inaccurate since my dog wouldn’t eat it. It is the best looking and smelling dog food with the best and most simple ingredients that I have found and hoped it would work for us. I certainly recommend it for anyone looking to give their pup the best!!

We’re really glad you loved the ingredients, and that the food looked and smelled great to you. And you’re exactly right — the trial pack exists for this reason: some dogs are wonderfully opinionated, and it helps you figure out what they’ll actually enjoy before committing.
Also, thank you for the honest note about the star rating. We completely understand: even if the food is high quality, it still has to pass your dog’s “taste test,” and every dog is different.
If you ever want to give it another shot, a few things that often help picky pups are:
lightly warming the meal (5–10 seconds),
adding a splash of warm water and mixing,
or starting with the proteins they already like (beef/pork) and slowly blending in a small amount of another variety over time.
Either way, we truly appreciate the thoughtful review — and thank you for recommending us to others who want the best for their pups.

Good Quality - Very High Price
The quality of the food seems to be fabulous. The price however is higher than most, at $90 for (5) 13.5 oz packages. There is also some large veggies in these packages, almost like filler. If money is not a worry, this may be the product for you, it smells wonderful and the dogs seem to like it. But if money is tight, try something similar perhaps.

My dog actully likes Chi Dog food (Fire Diet). He is so picky. This has been the best food for him by far (and I've tried everything out there, I think). I'd have rated it 5 stars if it were a little more affordable.

My only “complaint” is the packaging is hard to open. Customer support is great.

Let a chilled tray sit 5–10 min or run the edge under lukewarm water—seals release easier when not ice-cold.
Use kitchen shears to snip a corner, then peel across the top.
