I received only part of my order, with no updates provided. Additionally, the missing portion wasn't delivered until I reached out about the issue. This was particularly concerning as I was only trying the trial package to see if the food suited my sensitive dog. The delayed and incomplete trial delivery raises doubts about what to expect if I were to sign up for a subscription

Horrible customer service. No transparency in pricing. Asked them for a price and size guide and they said they can’t provide it. Said They will send the right amount of food based on my dogs weight but they know nothing else about the needs of my dog. Clearly they don’t want anyone comparison shopping.

We tried to ween our dog on to eating the Fire Diet food…After a few days, he didn’t want to eat and we noticed him being constipated…he would go outside and have a difficult time…we decided we would try something else and took him off of the Chi. Needless to say, we had purchased the 2 month supply because it was a better price…they are in the freezer and we’re kinda stuck with it… We tried but this didn’t work with our senior dog

Danette, We are sorry to hear that Fire Diet didn't agree with your senior dog's belly. While most dogs have a smooth transition onto our diets some are more sensitive than others. Was told the packaging was fixed from the last batch, and they are still the same dispatch, which makes it hard to get into. If this does not get fixed we’re going to go to someone else. I reached out to tech support, and they weren’t very helpful

So, it was easy to select and order. My order arrived on time and my dog was pleased to eat a small portion but then she threw up all night. Something about it was very triggering for her, even though she's eaten all the listed ingredients in the past, without issue.

While it is not common for pup's to have that response to our diets we do recommend for sensitive dogs to have a slower transition onto the food. I had a terrible time with the packaging! It was really hard to get open and the food was sticking to the wrapper! Because of this I did not reorder. It's too expensive to have any of it be wasted!
