Maria, Thank you so much for giving Chi Cat a try (and for the kind words about the product). I’m truly sorry your three cats aren’t loving it yet. Cats can be so particular, especially when they’re used to a certain texture or smell. A few tips that often help with picky kitties: Warm it slightly to boost aroma. Start with a tiny amount (pea-sized) mixed into their current food, then slowly increase over 7–14 days. Try serving it on a flat plate (some cats dislike bowls touching their whiskers). If your vet is recommending it for one specific cat, we can also help you pick the best formula/texture approach for that cat’s needs. You’re doing the right thing by continuing to offer it gently — and if you’d like, tell us what foods they currently like (pâté vs chunks, poultry vs fish, etc.) and we’ll suggest the easiest transition plan.
