The different variety of styles was awesome. My issue came when I had to pick one out of many, it took me a few days to finally decide, otherwise website experience was good.

Soft satin, high slit, and so beautiful. I came across Chicsew while I was searching for an elegant dress, and honestly, I was so pleasantly surprised. Their website is simple, easy to browse, and actually makes shopping feel effortless. I love that they offer so many sizes and color options and the best part? The dresses look just like they do in the photos, which we all know isn’t always the case! I got lots of compliments 😍 I picked the pink dress with straps and it was perfect size, perfect style. I am so happy choosing Chicsew. And the price is awesome besides it looks so expensive 😁

I don’t have a number to call. I ordered 2 dresses and they keep email me saying they are making one and that the size I chose which is size might can’t fit both persons so they are making one dress.

Disappointed Despite Beautiful Dresses Although the dresses themselves are beautiful, I’m quite disappointed with the overall experience. I ordered with plenty of time before my wedding and carefully followed the sizing guide to submit custom measurements for my bridesmaids. The estimated delivery was around 20 days, which should have left me with a comfortable buffer. However, weeks went by with no update, so I had to reach out myself, only to be told that the dresses hadn’t even been started because they supposedly needed additional measurements. I was never contacted about this. I explained that everything had been submitted correctly and emphasized the urgency, as I was flying out for my destination wedding in just two weeks. To their credit, the dresses did arrive on time. But once my bridesmaids tried them on, I found that the sizing was off. The dresses had excess fabric, overly long trains, and poorly fitted straps that looked rushed and unfinished. I really wanted to love this experience, but I’m highly disappointed with the service and lack of communication. For such an important occasion, I expected better. Also, I thought this was a UK company. They ship from China! And based in USA. The website is misleading!
