It wasn’t hard to order very understandable descriptions now I’m just waiting on my dress to arrive

Great can’t wait to see how it looks on me

Ended up ordering 2 dresses because the first one did not fit. After emailing the company and providing the necessary measurements i was able to get a custom-sized dress that fits within a short time. Great customer service and the quality of the dress was good. The only issue i had the size of the bust but it wasn't a big issue.

I purchased a brides maid dress and received the dress and on the back it had a stain on it qhen reaching out to return it was told either I got something on it while trying it on or something happened during delivery like package damaged but they would not be responsible for taking care of this I was informed to take to the cleaners and it should come out. I say all this to say if you know people who are getting married and I know others DO NOT and I mean DO NOT recommend this site to anyone. If something happened during delivering or arriving to me then I don't understand how I would be responsible definitely will be passing this experience along to others

The dress was absolutely beautiful, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality. I ordered a US size 8, and it fit perfectly. The color was exactly as described, and the customer service was excellent. Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend it!

TERRIBLEEEEEEEEEE RUN FAR AWAY FROM THEM! I ordered a bridesmaid dress from them and they lied about the Fabric when I tell you the dress is soooo heavy. You won’t be comfortable at all. The dress weighs like 10lbs. Feels like i’m walking around with a weighted vest on. So the same day I received it, I asked them to send me a shipping label they told me they don’t offer that and I would have to pay to ship it back to China… SERIOUSLY? To china that is expensive from america. Then when you send it back they still charge you a restocking fee. So you basically get nothing back. To top it off I paid to have the dress shipped to me. When I tell you I would NEVER ever again. My whole bridal party will not be purchasing from them because I lost almost $200 for GARBAGE! Ladies beware and save yourself a headache. I disputed it with my bank but of course because I purchased it they won’t do anything to help me. Save yourself the headache and NEVER buy anything from them.

I ordered my dress in the size I wanted then I get an email a few days later asking for my measurements. I sent them and was told my measurements were wrong mind you I had just had a fitting for another wedding I’m in. We went back and forth for days about this dress. I ordered the dress May 2. Today is June 8 the wedding I’m in is June 13th. Now how am I suppose to find someone short notice to alter my dress when I have this company my measurements. The dress is big hanging off me!

My daughter wanted a pantsuit for her prom, and liked the ones from Chicsew. We did the custom option, sent all the measurements. The customer service reps had follow up questions, asked for some pictures too to go with the measurements. All to make sure they got it right. They did not disappoint! The pantsuit fits perfectly, and looks lovely! I will absolutely be ordering again.
