It was too complicated the screen kept flipping and adding the same dress more than once. Very wasn't a very good selection in the material and color that I needed. It took me over two hours to add my dress to the cart this was the most frustrated experience EVER!!

Dress was huge I sent in my size with measurements I couldn’t wear the dress at all and the customer service reps were not helpful at all they told me I don’t wear the size I requested I’m pretty sure I know what size I wear it was awful I don’t recommend there were no accommodations or refunds no help at all

Hi Deondra，we are so sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with our dress and our service. Our size chart may be different from your local size chart, but it's same as the most size chart in your country, if you choose the size from our size chart, this dress will fit you well. Your dress is plus size and nonreturnable, we have stated it clearly in the confirmation letter, please check it carefully. Although your dress can't be returned, but we still are willing to provide you more help on alteration fee or discount on a new dress. If you provide us your measurements with your bust, waist, hips next time, we are willing to help you choose a fit size. If any further question, please let us know.

Terrible customer service. Had to buy two dresses because they messed up my first dress. I wouldn’t recommend this company at all. Still trying to get a refund and they are making it next to impossible.
