I ordered a dress in the incorrect size and missed my return window. Instead of leaving me to have to pay for another dress in the full amount, they provided me a discount code and altered my dress without an additional charge - none of the sizes would fit me because of my measurements. Instead of them sending me the alternate size, they were so kind and encouraged me to let them do the alterations. My dress came back and it fit, length and all! Exceptional customer service.

Un service après vente nul. 150 balles une robe, bon, mais pour la renvoyer c’est une grosse blague. Il ne rembourse 90% du prix, c’est à nous de l’envoyer via la poste à nos frais également. Avec des explications incompréhensible

Hi Morgane, We are sorry that you are not satisfied with the return policy. But please understand that your order did not come from our website, our website is https://chicsew.com. The French site is our sub-site, these are two different stores. We find the return policy has indicated that if the dress has no quality problem, you need to bear the return shipping cost and there will be a 10% restocking fee(this cost is bank and platform handing fees not for us). Here is the return policy: https://chicsew.fr/pages/politique-d-expedition. We also quite understand the loss to you caused by the unsuitable size, so we will ask to confirm the exact measurements again in the confirmation email. Hope you can understand. Best Regards Chicsew.com
