I visited the Chicos store in Macon, Georgia on 1/7/26. Store # 0514 Associate Jackie greeted me when I walked in about 3:30. I explained I had a dress on hold from that morning and she went to retrieve it for me. I then explained I had brought 3 tops with me that I wanted to match tank tops with them. She pointed me in one direction and said she would be back to help me when she finished with another customer. She returned to my side shortly and we got to work finding tank tops. I also mentioned I wanted a pair of Juliet leggings with a side zipper. Over the next hour, I tried on several tank tops, the dress and the pants. The dress was the whole reason I had driven from Milledgeville to try it on before purchasing. It fit well accept the top was not perfect. Jackie assured me she could order on line in the next size up. She also ordered another color for me to have shipped to my house. I purchased 5 tanks, 1 pair of leggings and 2 dresses. She matched the online price of one of the dresses and graciously applied my coupons to my order total. Thank you Jackie for being kind, professional and a joy to work with. MD

I visited Chico at the Rio location on 9/16/25 because I was looking for something to wear in October when I have visitosr from S.F. Both the manager and Koshala are very helpful and I bought 3 tops and one pair of pants. One of the tops had to be sent from another store and I received it two days later. Super comfortable and good quality

The Gainesville Virginia Chicos has the best sales associates. A special shout out to Connie, Indy, and Joan. They are so helpful and always go the extra mile for me. It is a pleasure going in there to shop knowing all the ladies are going to do their best to make my shopping experience exceptional..Jessie and all of the other ladies greet you with a big smile and can’t do enough to help you find what you want. It is my favorite place to shop and it is because of the whole team inGainesville, Virginia. Absolutely 5 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I'm a frequent shopper at Chico's. When shopping at the Festival at Woodholme store, I always receive good customer service. The ladies are always polite and accommodating. Two ladies, Peggy and Anita are my favorite salespeople. They are friendly, accommodating, and professional. They always provide exceptional customer service. I've visited the store to browse, and have often made a purchased due to the attention these ladies have provided. Thanks, Peggy and Anita for your help. Much Appreciated.

The woman on the floor was a whirlwind of energy, fielding questions from several buyers at once, complimenting others. It was almost like she was the only employee in the store . . . and wow, did she handle it well. I know it's hard to get employees these days, and Merle B, in Cobb Corner in the Sharon/Stoughton/Canton MA caters to everyone in her purview, seemingly on her own.

Their products and craftsmanship is always top notch. Customer service is very professional and helpful. Online shopping is my preferred way to shop at Chico's and I have never been disappointed with anything.
