Since they are closing stores, thier returns via mail have been very unreliable, confusing and inaccurate. As for the clothing, I find that the material looks good before washing but after one wash it looks very old - especially pants that have any true white in the pattern - it looses it brightness and turns greyish after washing no matter how carefully done.

Have been a customer for over 25 years, I’m done! They don’t answer their phone lines and access to my account for making particular changes to my “Address Book” is nonexistent. My last order years ago, clothing was terrible. Once upon a time Chicos was fantastic! Good-bye!

After 10 days waiting to receive my order , I called their customer service to check and they didn’nt even know what happened to a part of the order which I placed in their own store ! According to customer service they had the item in stock the day I paid for it , but it’s not simply available any more . This was not the first time Chicos has delayed my order days after they charged my account and I never received it due to unavailability . No compensation , no trying to make you feel better or give you discount on another similar item to buy . Everytime the same words : sorry for inconvenience . My question is why you place the order and charge me when you don’t have the item available ???? If you have it available, then where is my purchase after 10 days ? Do not deceived by their promotions and sales and deals . This company , their management and their customer service is corrupted big time .

After being a devoted customer to Chico’s and Chico’s Off Rack(outlet) for 20 plus years…I’m done! My closet is full of Chico’s clothes, some with price tags still on them. I recently purchased a pair of jeans. I was notified that they were back in stock, so I quickly ordered them. After waiting almost 2 weeks for them to arrive. I received an email that my order was “cancelled”. This is the second time in two months. Meaning they ran out of the product and can’t fulfill the order. I don’t know what has happened to this company, but I would use extreme caution purchasing anything from them in the future!

Chico's deserves ZERO stars. Their website does not work half the time, and when it does, it is awful. Why can't I apply more than one filter at a time? Why won't they honor their unsubscribe requests? I continue to get emails months after I have unsubscribed. Also, when a full-price item does not match the description, I should not have to pay to return it.

It is so sad that Chico's ladies clothing has become soooooooo bad with customer service. I ordered $600 of clothing one week ago and have been trying to return 2 pairs of slacks that are too short. I have called 3 times and each time have been told the return document has been sent to my email. We reviewed my order #, my name, my phone #, and my email yet I have never received the return authorization/code. I have tried what their customer service recording recommends and attempted to use their website to process the return. All you get is a blank screen after you input all your order information. At this point, I suppose I will have to go to one of the Chico boutiques to make the return in person. Not looking forward to that because it's a 40 minute drive in heavy traffic and the employees at the only store close to me are terribly rude. So, end result = I will not buy anything from Chico's again. It is simply not worth this frustration from their now ROTTEN customer service. Such a shame. They used to be pretty good. I've spent thousands of dollars on their clothing over the past 10 or 15 years. I won't make that mistake ever again. So long.

I would give zero stars, but it's not an option. Is there a requirement that chico's salespeople be cold witches? I ordered two skirts online spending nearly $200. I get to the store only to be told the items were cancelled. The salesperson asked me for an order number. Salespeople should kindly explain that they need an order number. I wish I could shut chico's down. I will continue to buy from secondhand chico's clothing and not bother with the stores.

Ordered product on line - Oder delivered in a large used box, barley taped. Very disappointing. I read Chicos was bought by another company in January. Maybe reason for poor packaging. Will never order on line or from Chico's again.
