A man named don I believe was the manager took me too the back and shoved cockroaches into my mouth because I found a dead rat in the chair would not recommend coming to this place

I was just minding my own business and ordering my normal chicken sandwich until don came up to me gave me my order and called me a fat pig and started giving me diet plans not to mention the food sucked chicken wasn’t even fully cooked and there were rats and cockroaches EVERYWHERE don’t recommend coming here

Chick-fil-a isn't the same anymore - overpriced fast food with bad service and small portion. I only ordered 3 fries, 12 pieces chicken nuggets and a salad and i paid over $26. I could have gotten real good food than junk food with this price. I asked for extra polynesian and they said no it's extra, everything is extra. And no more large milkshake? who are they to make our choices off? CFA used to be family restaurant, now they only care about money. I will never go back to CFA. McDonald is better anyway. and customer service sucks!

I am a blind woman, and as I was going to chick fil a to get chicken nuggets with my service dog when the manager don came up to me and asked how I was doing. As I went to reply he cut me off and called me homophobic slurs before emptying mayonaise onto my seeing eye dog. I then tripped over the counter and landed on the hot stove. I now have severe burns and my dog died due to eating the mayonaise that expired in 2014. Would not reccomend.

I was enjoying my chicken nuggets until Don came up and shoved me in a toilet and then flushed he then shoved a wasp in my mouth and put my hand in hot grease and he put water on my nuggets licked them then shoved it down my throat he put me in a garbage bag then hit me with a shovel he put me in a pot and turned the stove on then threw me outside then threw me on the highway and did I mention that he stole my money then took my car I called my cousin to pick me up he gave my cousin Corona by coughing on her. Would not recommend😡

I walked into the restaurant and asked to speak to a manager. That’s when Don approached me. I asked him if I could leave some flyers for my sons 5k this coming weekend. I explained to him that my son had a recent heart transplant at only 7 years old. We are raising money for his medical bills and hosting a 5k with our church. Don ate my flyer and then puked it back up, then scooped it up off the floor and placed it in a to go cup and told me to save my time and money and let him just “put the kid out of his misery himself” he then poured the vomit filled to go cup on my sons head and said, “would you like any sauce?”

WOULD NOT GO AGAIN! I was sitting at my table about to bite into my chicken sandwich when a dozen mice came and swooped me out of my chair! There mast Don ORDERED them to drag my in the closet like in Ratatouille. I was stuck there for 4 days! Honestly I only went back to say hi to my new friends the cockroaches.

The manager don said my little three year old brother looked like a soccer ball and proceeded to drop kick my him out the window.
