My experience at this Chick fil a was terrible. I ordered a chicken sandwich and fries with sauce. Instead I just got a clump of hair. I talked to don about it but he said that he feeds hair to everyone now because they are too poor to afford anything else. Then don tried to bribe me into buying more food.

So I was eating right? And then some ugly ass guy comes up to me and I think his name was don like who the hell names their kid DON?! Man his parents must have hated him, anyway he comes up to me and pick up my food and drops it in the ground! Like.... what did I do to you? Than he spits in my face and calls me fat for eating then he walks away, I ran out of there crying, now I hate eating in front of people and only eat at home, I hate that place and never will I go again.🖕🏻

I had the worst experience of my life in that crusty dusty place. I swear I came in yeah and this man called Don came and told me to suck my nan and her friends????😀🖕🏾 Are you STUPID??? do you not have brain??? Don spit on my puppies and peed on all my cousins

So, i walked into chik fil a with my nephew right? and i decided that, that day i would wear my hair out. When we walked in, some manager by the name of..Don? Sneered at me because of my afro.. he then proceeded to DRAG ME to the back of the establishment and put my hair in the FRYER where they oil fry the nuggets and stuff, He then drop kicked my nephew and finally i got my nephew an decided to order right? we were still hungry but when i asked to order he said he didn't serve "you african ghetto monkeys" and then he shot me in BOTH opf my legs and i grapped my nephew quickly and the roaches escorted us out.... I;m severely upset and would not recommend. 0/10

As a UberEats and Door Dash driver, whenever it comes time for me to decide on that quick bite, personal experience in cleanliness and customer service play an important factor. There are some places that are forever off my list. Chick-fil-A ranks #1 for a multitude of reasons. First of all....CLEANLINESS. The place is always super clean and during the pandemic, they always utilized PPE and conducted business not in accordance with the current mandates, shoulders above the minimums. When arriving for my pick-ups and noticing the cars lined all the way down the road, I thought this is going to be awful. Time and time again I was wrong. Always greeted warmly and my orders always spot-on. I would also listen as they engage drive thru customers, it was a constant "my pleasure" And yes, it does sound corny after hearing it so much, but after watching them in action, I honestly believe they beieve it. I didn't just pick up from one location either. This level of integrity and commitment to guest services manifested at each location. A lot of days when my delivery customers were being ridiculous with their "demands" and just making things difficult, hearing "my pleasure" as I stopped by for a large fresh brewed sweet tea, always provided a soothing "it's going to be ok" feeling! Support your local Chick-fil-A, After being in and out of every restaurant in my area, I can assure, they support you!

I was driving at night when my car broke down next to this awful restaurant. As I walked though the doors seeking help to fix my car I stumbled upon a demonic rat sacrifice held by a man named don. I gasped as I witnessed don consume the small rat kidneys form countless sewer rats. He saw me at the entrance and morphed into John Xena then proceeded to rip my limbs off and add them to a meat grinder labeled “chicken nuggies:)” 0/10 would not recommend ]:(

The fries were extra salty and the lemonade almost gave me diabetes. The chicken nuggets were unusual small and the chicken sandwich had pickles. WHO LIKES PICKLES!!!
