I just received a box with the Nessor but no cord or grounding receptacle tester. This after waiting a week for delivery and being charged $48.95 for 2 day priority shipping. Will update my review when this is corrected.

My 1st Equitonic 9 and only had it for a few weeks when my dog tried getting up and the E9 fell off landed in a puddle of water from the dogs water bowl. Never fear, Chi Institute is here and they fixed it pronto ! And still under warranty. Phew ! Thanks for everything. I'm back up and running and working on my dog again. Fast return and the E9 is helping with my dogs cancer. Thanks Chi Institute for everything !

I needed a new battery and the person I spoke with was most helpful and explained how to install my battery when it arrived. The battery arrived very quickly and that was a pleasant surprise.
