The old infratonic was made so well. This one has a hole in the back that they covered with a sticker. The sticker of course gets warm against your skin and comes off. All you can expect as far as repair is to have another sticker sent to you. I have had 4 of these machines. All were worth it but this one. Shame.

I just received a box with the Nessor but no cord or grounding receptacle tester. This after waiting a week for delivery and being charged $48.95 for 2 day priority shipping. Will update my review when this is corrected.

Over here at CHI Institute, we strive to ensure our customers needs are met and they leave happy. Everyone's body is different and we always recommend to give your Infratonic about 2 weeks for the body to adjust as well, that's when most people start to see change and if not, you still have that 30 day guarantee to back you up. As for the buttons, I am sorry they weren't working. Technology sometimes has a mind of its own. We are here to help you and fix the machine once we received it in the mail! - The CHI Team
