Hand held is just not as strong as the…
Hand held is just not as strong as the model 8 I had been using..love to see you redesign and continue production....

I found the Chi people courteous and…
I found the Chi people courteous and helpful. I was surprised to receive my old Chi machine had not been fitted with a coil which was unbroken. But my money for repairs was refunded without any problems. I wonder if these coils are still used in any other products on the market and therefore are available? Thank you for your efforts. Marie, Thank you for the review. With the older machines, we do have a 50/50 chance of repairing them as they have no been in production for nearly 13 years. Our machines were built and constructed for our company and this is why if the older machines have issues as needing a new diaphragm or coil, we normally cannot repair these issues as we don't have any new parts. Quick service got my battery quick
Quick service got my battery quick. What is best way to heal muscle at my ribs and back muscles seems very sore right now I've been my my infratonic 9 and doesn't seem to help am I doing something wrong.

Hi Deanna, We are happy to hear that your battery was serviced quickly. There is a couple different methods and protocols we recommend for a sore back. I would recommend putting the Infratonic where it hurts the most or a given area to start- beginning with the balance setting for 20 minutes, 10 minutes with acute and ending 10 minutes back on balance. You did a great job of repairing my…
You did a great job of repairing my machine. The reason I didn’t give you five stars is because the cord didn’t fit into the machine well when I receive the machine as a new one. Charging it was always an issue. You May want to tell the customer how to get a new battery. Happy new year.
