I cannot recommend Jordan and this program highly enough. I found their services through Instagram during one of the most uncertain and emotionally challenging periods of my career. At the time, I knew I wanted to transition out of teaching, but what I didn't realize was how much emotional baggage I was carrying with me throughout the job search process. What this program helped me uncover was that while I had spent years doing personal growth work to improve my relationships and better understand myself, I had never done that same work when it came to my relationship with my career. The reality is that most of us are never taught how to navigate a modern job search or jobs, let alone the emotional ups and downs that come with it. I was wrestling with conflicting advice from well-meaning people who encouraged me to stay in the "safe" job, the one that provided stability but limited growth. I knew I wanted something more, but I wasn't sure how to get there. One day, I was scrolling Instagram and came across a video of Chelsea in sweatpants getting ready to walk her dogs. There was something so authentic and genuine about it. That 8 second video changed the trajectory of my career. From there, I was matched with Jordan, and we connected instantly. She challenged me, supported me, helped me reframe my thinking, and guided me through a process that was about so much more than finding a new job. Today, I can proudly say that I secured my dream position, increased my salary by nearly $40,000, and built an incredible network of supportive friends along the way. If you're considering this program, my advice is simple: trust the process. Show up. Do the work. Be willing to challenge your assumptions and step outside your comfort zone. The opportunities that can open up for you may be bigger than anything you can currently imagine. Y'all. I almost talked myself out of it. I found a job so fast after joining Rich and Hired that I genuinely wondered if I'd wasted my money. Like, okay, great, mission accomplished, right? But I'm just now walking into my new role, and I already know this investment is going to be worth every dollar. Having Jordan to help me build my executive presence, hit the ground running, get up to speed, and decide my rocks for these first two months? That's not something I'm willing to figure out alone. She helped me prep for my interviews with so much confidence, and now she gets to help me actually show up well in the job I landed. If you're on the fence because you think you don't need the full program, I thought the same thing. I was wrong. Don't skip the coaching. Especially not Jordan.

First off, 1-2 stars knocked off because of the price - I feel that the program is way overpriced for what you actually receive, which is: -Access to pre-recorded lesson videos. Some of the videos are outdated and the accompanying slide decks had several typos. If I'm paying $7,000 I at the very least expect the program materials to not have careless mistake like this. -Two 20-minute calls with your coach per month. That's it. I don't feel much can be accomplished in 20 minutes. However, I will say, my coach was pretty responsive via chat during the rest of the month. But again, for $7,000 I would expect more 1:1 coaching, from a *Career Coaching* program. I think this program could be very helpful and effective if you're trying to level up in your current field/industry. However, I was trying to transition into a new industry and I don't feel that this program is as successful for people like me. I don't feel like my coach took the time to get to know my strengths, nor how they can apply to the industry I was trying to break into. The program relies HEAVILY on AI tools (mostly ChatGPT), which has its obvious limitations. I felt a lack of guidance in trying to explore positions in a new field. My time in the program ended without me having any viable offers (I did get 1 offer but the pay was way too low, and I reached 3rd round interviews with 4 companies). The main positive takeaway is the system of outreach and follow-ups that the program suggests. I feel that this did prove to be an effective way of networking intelligently and advancing to interview stage.

I signed up for Rich and Hired because I was laid off unexpectedly. The Rich and Hired ad came up on my IG feed by the grace of God and Chelsea was super responsive, supportive, and kind via her DMs. I scheduled a call to talk more about Rich and Hired. During our call Chelsea was super nice, kind, and supportive. I signed up for 2 reasons: 1) I wanted a guide/coach/someone by my side on this super difficult and uncertain journey, and 2) because this program was going to teach me strategies that I didn’t know to land a job rather quickly. I am super grateful and thankful for payment plan the Rich and Hired program offers because otherwise I would not have been able to join. During my time in Rich and Hired, I was coached by my coach Diana. This program taught me to rebrand myself in a way that highlights my strengths and skills, how to position myself as the best fit for roles by figuring out what problem that particular job post needed to resolve, and how to network. Rich and Hired also highly encouraged nervous-system regulation for those times when your body or mind feels triggered or unsafe. I knew about nervous-system regulation and it was nice to be in a program that highly encourages it because most people do not believe in it, but it actually works. One day I had 3 job interviews in 1 day and I was very afraid, but nervous-system regulation and the reframing coaching from Coach Diana got me through them. I am extremely grateful to have had a coach by my side who was there to support me, help me reframe unhelpful thoughts, remind me that I was on the right track and on the right path during the difficult parts of the job-search process, remind me that rejections are part of the process and that I did not do anything wrong; they are just specific preferences some hiring managers have, and encouraged me to keep going, keep doing my homework, keep tweaking things, and also rest and enjoy life even in the middle of this very hard and unfortunate situation. I thought I had to look for a job, apply, and interview for jobs 24/7, but Coach Diana taught me to actually take time off, rest, do things I enjoy, and not be so critical of myself. I felt extremely supported in Rich and Hired; Coach Diana was amazing to work with, and all the others were amazing too. I learned a lot from Coach Diana, Chelsea, and all the coaches who hosted the weekly and monthly group coaching calls. Rich and Hired teaches you strategies to help you get seen to get interviews that hopefully become job offers. One of these strategies that Rich and Hired teaches is a strategic post on LinkedIn announcing exactly what job you are looking for (so your network can help you), and that is how I landed my job offer. One of my LinkedIn connections saw my post that I was actively looking for a job and the kind of job I was looking for, and my connection sent me a job post that the place she works had posted. I applied and I landed a job offer, and I am super happy, grateful, and excited for what my future holds. I am super grateful and thankful for the Rich and Hired program! RHA was the perfect place to not just get a new job but truly start a new chapter in my life that blends what I'm good at, what I like, and what I deserve to be paid.

I had a very positive experience with RHA. Bi-weekly calls with my coach, a plethora of online resources, and fast support enabled me to realize my full potential and what would truly make me happy in my career. This program provides not only the practical tools and strategies needed to navigate today’s job market, but also the emotional support that so many people need during a career transition. What really sets it apart is the combination of one-on-one coaching and group support. Having access to a dedicated coach made such a difference for me. Diana was incredibly supportive, encouraging, and insightful throughout the process. So grateful to have found the Rich and Hired Academy as someone in her early mid-twenties! I got a few job offers (secured a role by the time I was done with the program) and, most importantly, learned how to build a fresh network, update my resume, and shift my mindset.
