Working with Allison at RHA over the last 5 months has been such a rewarding experience! The program and sessions are thoughtful and well laid out, but the real reward and takeaways for me was working with the same coach throughout my time at RHA. My biggest shift has been how I approach challenges and decision-making. I'm more intentional, patient, and clearer about priorities. I make decisions with more confidence and clarity. Each of my sessions leave me with concrete, tactical actions I can apply to my work and long-term career planning. This is not inexpensive, so if you are serious about making progress and are willing and able to make this commitment, then I would consider my time with Allison and going through the RHA program a high-quality investment!

If I could give the program 5+ stars, I would without question. This program quite literally changed my life. I had been listening to Chelsea's podcast months before I was laid off and had been really moved by what she talked about. I found so many things she highlighted resonate with me, making me think so thoughtfully about what was important in my life and career. Fast forward 6 months and I found myself effected by my first ever layoff in my career. I was terrified of what the unknown meant and had never been unemployed for more than a couple weeks. I took a chance and invested. A big investment into the program and coaching, telling myself, I could not fail and that everything I had listened to in those podcasts had already made my mindset change for the better. And not only did it pay off TENFOLD, but I ended up starting my own business, signing clients within the first 2-3 months of being in the program. Not only that but opportunity after opportunity led me towards the company I'm at now and I am so thankful for everything I learned in this program. It helped me build regulation tools when I was stressed, awareness around when I was feeling the onset of burn out and I made some incredible connections both within the program and outside of it. I always tell Chelsea, I cannot wait for her to pick up the podcast again, because thats where it all started for me.

I had a wonderful experience in Rich and Hired! I was in the program for 6 months and by the end I got a new job and nearly doubled my annual salary. I went through the digital course and had an assigned coach who helped me along the way. The community of the group calls was also very helpful.

I still am so grateful for what the program gave me. Each week had practical resources and coaching calls to talk through scenarios. I learned so much and reference what I learned even years later. This program is worth it and then some.
