Coach Diana was outstanding - worth knowing about cost & scheduling
I'm giving this four stars and I want to be clear that the deduction has nothing to do with Coach Diana herself — she was outstanding. It's about two structural issues: the cost and the lack of flexibility to pause the program. After 14 years at the same company, I was completely lost when it came to re-entering the job search. Diana helped me build an outreach plan that actually worked and following it gave me real, visible results. That progress gave me the confidence to finally leave a toxic work environment I'd stayed in for far too long. She was consistently responsive to every question I sent her and she worked through tough interview questions with me until I felt genuinely prepared instead of just rehearsed. Beyond the strategy itself, she gave me the encouragement I needed to believe I could do this. My program was extended, which I greatly appreciated, however there was no option to pause it and I had a preplanned three-week vacation partway through and effectively lost a month of the program with no way to pick that time back up. Additionally earlier on in the program I would have liked to pause as I worked through some personal things, however was not able to do so. For a program at this price point, some flexibility to pause throughout would go a long way. The cost is steep and I won't pretend otherwise. I remain hopeful it will pay off once I land my next role and even on its own, the strategy and confidence I walked away with made a real difference! If you join the program, I highly recommend Coach Diana and I will forever be thankful for her coaching, guidance, confidence in me and encouragement!
