I signed up for Rich and Hired Academy because I knew it was time to invest back into myself. As a mother of two teenagers, redirecting the focus back to me so I could explore new job opportunities was long overdue. I had not been in the job market in over nine years, and I knew I needed real guidance. The results speak for themselves. This program gave me a rich education about the current job market and how to put myself forward the right way. The coaching was invaluable, and I adored Coach Diana. She was consistently positive and kept me focused and on track. I found a job within five months and I am excited to begin this new chapter in my career. If you are hesitant, my advice is simple: take the chance on yourself and invest back into you. You are worth it.

I was in the program from September 2025-June2026. This included a 1 month break in December, and a 2 months extension. This review is happening 2 months after starting a new job that I found during my program. I was able to switch to a new corporate role coming from the education industry. I was with Coach Diana and she's an amazing blend of empathy and "no nonsense let the data speak" of coaching. Highly communicative over slack - and tbh, I mostly had 23-30 minute 2x a month sessions instead of the 20 minutes. If she has time, she will make time for you. The program focuses on both fixing your Mindset (which honestly will feel a bit drink the cool-aid at the start) and practical work that will move the needle to finding your next role. At the very start- you will be using a lot of time on modules and watching videos. What I found most beneficial in the program were the one-on-one coaching sessions, group sessions, and community chats between fellow RHA-team members. There's a lot of learning to have if you interact with the community -- people sharing their network, helping practice for interviews, and sharing tips and tricks to make things easier. The job application portion is where you feel the most pressure, and what this program does so well is making sure you have the support to deal with all the internal crazy: imposter syndrome, job search stress, rejection, and loneliness. In a lot of cases, you will get exact wordings and suggestions on how to tackle different questions in and out of interviews. I've had coaches jump in and help me with my elevator pitch, my Linkedin messages, and negotiation tactics. I have never felt more prepared coming into interviews and negotiations. (still nerve wracking -- that never goes away) I have no regrets during the program. Is it expensive? Yes. Do I think it's worth it? Also, yes. I found myself rediscovering parts of me that I thought I had lost. I still find myself hearing Coach Diana's voice when the imposter syndrome kicks in. If you can afford it, I highly recommend it.

Obsessed with Rich & Hired is an understatement! This program gave me the structure, accountability, and motivation to finally tackle so many of the action items that had been sitting on my to-do list for YEARS. From completely refreshing my LinkedIn to getting my professional presence buttoned up and ready for clients and new opportunities, I walked away feeling so much more confident and intentional about how I present myself and my career. Beyond the tangible results, Rich & Hired genuinely shifted the way I think and work. I had the absolute pleasure of working with Diana, and she was such a delight to connect with first thing in the morning. She has an incredible way of putting things into perspective, helping me prioritize what matters, and challenging me to think differently about my career, my goals, and how I approach getting things done. The program gave me the push I needed to stop putting things off and actually DO them - and that alone has been invaluable. I feel more organized, focused, confident, and excited about what's ahead. I thoroughly loved my experience and would take this program ten times over. I can't recommend Rich & Hired enough ♡ I'm so grateful for the time, energy, and opportunities that have come, just from taking this program.

My experience with Rich and hired academy has been a game changer in how I will approach the job market going forward! Not only is the support available and on-time, but the resources are phenomenal and in abundance! My coach, Diana is highly skilled and encouraging. She helped me realize and conquer mind blocks I didn’t know existed. With the resources provided, I used it to reflect on my goals for the long-term, strategize and formulate conversational based questions and gained the skill of using the current technology and internet based resources to my benefit in ways I had never considered for job hunting! I am grateful that I was able to find such a program to support women such as myself and it feels really good to be apart of this community. I can say confidently, with the many challenges of career changes I’ve faced as a military spouse and applying in this current job market for over a year and a half and not having any luck; I feel fortunate to have come across Rich & Hired Academy and would definitely recommend the program; it’s worth the investment!

I'm giving this four stars and I want to be clear that the deduction has nothing to do with Coach Diana herself — she was outstanding. It's about two structural issues: the cost and the lack of flexibility to pause the program. After 14 years at the same company, I was completely lost when it came to re-entering the job search. Diana helped me build an outreach plan that actually worked and following it gave me real, visible results. That progress gave me the confidence to finally leave a toxic work environment I'd stayed in for far too long. She was consistently responsive to every question I sent her and she worked through tough interview questions with me until I felt genuinely prepared instead of just rehearsed. Beyond the strategy itself, she gave me the encouragement I needed to believe I could do this. My program was extended, which I greatly appreciated, however there was no option to pause it and I had a preplanned three-week vacation partway through and effectively lost a month of the program with no way to pick that time back up. Additionally earlier on in the program I would have liked to pause as I worked through some personal things, however was not able to do so. For a program at this price point, some flexibility to pause throughout would go a long way. The cost is steep and I won't pretend otherwise. I remain hopeful it will pay off once I land my next role and even on its own, the strategy and confidence I walked away with made a real difference! If you join the program, I highly recommend Coach Diana and I will forever be thankful for her coaching, guidance, confidence in me and encouragement!

When I joined, I was burned out and in a job that was no longer the right fit. My coach helped me build a job search strategy tailored to my strengths and goals instead of relying on mass applications. We focused on intentional networking, strengthening my personal brand, and pursuing the right opportunities. The community was just as valuable. Being surrounded by women making career changes created a space where we could be honest about burnout, support one another, and gain the confidence to ask for what we really wanted. Thanks to this program, I accepted an incredible new role with competitive pay that aligns with my values and long-term goals. If you're ready for a more intentional approach to your career, I highly recommend it!

I had an amazing experience working with Coach Allison & the whole Rich & Hired Academy team! The content that's part of the academy was well thought out & the coursework was so insightful. I would highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for guidance & support navigating this new, complex job market.

I have had such a positive experience with Rich and Hired and would recommend it for anyone looking to level up their career. The overall job search strategy, which is a structured approach of networking, applying, and following-up, is very manageable and doable. The tutorials are helpful also. But what truly makes a difference are the amazing coaches. Through twice monthly 1-1’s, weekly group calls, and Slack messages, they are there every step of the way to help you navigate mindset blocks, strategy questions, and tactical issues. The constant support from coaches was so helpful for me in battling mindset issues such as imposter syndrome and scarcity mindset. The program also encourages concrete tools, such as nervous system regulation and celebrating wins, which help you expand your capability and confidence and ultimate accomplish more. I’m happy to share that I’m wrapping up my time in the program with an amazing job offer that puts me at a mind-blowing $100k more in total compensation than my most recent job. When I look back at my job search and the goals I had before I started Rich and Hired, what I have achieved is so much bigger (in job level, scope, and compensation) than I could have imagined for myself or would have aimed for. Early in the program you do a career assessment to determine what the best next step is for your career. That exercise allowed me to find a job function that fit my strengths and skills so much better than the roles I previously held. And the program gave me the tools and encouragement to level up and go after the sort of job I really wanted (but didn’t think I deserved or was capable of pursuing previously). The real achievement coming out of this program is not just my new job, it is the version of myself I grew into to get land the job, and that will benefit me for years to come and beyond just my professional life. I’m so grateful to Chelsea for creating this program and to my coach, Coach Diana, for encouraging, supporting, and gently pushing me so I could become this version of myself.
