I genuinely cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience with Rich & Hired Academy, and especially my coach, Diana. What started as an investment in my career became an investment in myself, my confidence, and how I recognize and communicate the value I bring as a professional. Navigating the job market after years of building a successful career was a humbling experience, to say the least. There were moments of uncertainty, frustration, and self-doubt, but Coach Diana was an unwavering source of support, encouragement, and perspective throughout it all. She had an incredible way of validating what I was feeling while reminding me that just because those feelings were normal didn't mean the negative thoughts behind them were true. That distinction was so powerful for me, and something I'll carry well beyond this experience. Beyond the emotional support, the Rich & Hired program provided the structure, strategy, and practical tools I needed to approach my search with greater clarity, intention, and confidence. From refining how I positioned my experience and communicated my value to navigating interviews and advocating for myself, I gained skills that will serve me throughout the rest of my career. I'm thrilled to share that I've landed an incredible new leadership role and I genuinely don't believe I would have gotten here without Coach Diana and this program. Diana was so much more than a career coach. She was a sounding board, a champion, and someone who consistently helped me see my own potential, even in the moments when I struggled to see it myself. I have had the best experience with R&H and my Coach Diana has been my guide, therapist, cheerleader, greatest coach, and partner to help me get through the process. I got an incredible job that without these tools and confidence, not sure I would have been this successful. Take the time to do this for yourself, go through all the processes, and the results are incredible if you do the work. I have nothing but good things to say about this program. I can’t pretend I wasn’t skeptical when I started, but they did, in fact, deliver on their promises. With what I learned, the support of the coaches and community, and the effort I put in - I secured a more senior role and an increased salary. I learned invaluable skills in the course that I will take with me into the future. I was given the support and tools to improve my confidence and show up as someone who knows how to communicate their skill level. Still on my journey, but so grateful to have RHA alongside me ❤️ Coming from Europe and working toward my first corporate role in the U.S. has meant learning not only how to job search here, but how to translate years of high-trust private-principal support into language employers understand and value. Having Rich & Hired Academy alongside me has made that process feel much more structured and manageable. I am still in the middle of the journey. But I feel more prepared, more confident in the value I bring, and much clearer about the direction I am building toward. I would be incredibly grateful to continue learning alongside RHA as I work toward that next step. I am really looking forward to the day I get to come back and share that update. I joined this organization because I hadn't interviewed in 3 years and didn't want to just guess my way through job hunting. What I got far exceeded that - I got community that I could connect with, a coach [Diana] that was supportive of both my career and personal journeys, and tools to help me do this same kind of process in the future if I need to. The structure of this program deeply rewired both my approach and perspective on the job hunt and remained agile as technology kept shifting. Absolutely worth the money and I would recommend this to anyone who is a bit rusty, just starting out, or even curious about fine-tuning an approach they already have.

I loved my experience with Rich & Hired, and especially my coach, Coach Diana. I hadn’t updated my resume or applied for a job in nearly 6 years. I felt very unsure of where to start, but the Rich & Hired program equipped me with the tools for success. My 1:1 meetings and feedback from Coach Diana were invaluable. I turned to the R&H program after a long journey working with my previous employer. The company shut down and I left feeling like there was more I could have done, and unsure where to start my search. I had a lot of imposter syndrome and fear that I wouldn't land a role in this job market. Working with Coach Jordan has really changed my mindset on work, life, and how to operate. She is kind, yet will give it to you real. She challenges you and lets you know when the voices in your head are just voices. I am excited for my next role, and I really couldn't have done it without the support of Jordan and team. The weekly group calls were so helpful while I was interviewing and hearing about others' experiences. It was a scary jump at first to join the program, but it was a great investment in myself.

Growing up as the eldest daughter in a first-generation Indian-American household, I often felt like I was living between two cultures. I grew up in America, but I was also raised with many traditional expectations about what a woman “should” be. I heard the stereotypes: “You have to know how to cook and clean.” “Women shouldn’t lift weights.” “You need to get married.” But even as a young girl, I questioned those expectations. I remember thinking, Why does she have to? Why can’t she simply do what she wants? My parents worked incredibly hard to give my brother and me a better future. I saw their sacrifices, and because of that, I wanted to make them proud. I moved to Pennsylvania to pursue what I thought was their dream for me—to become a doctor. But somewhere along the way, I had to ask myself a difficult question: Did I actually want to be a doctor? I had always been interested in healthcare administration. I even told my parents that was what I wanted to pursue. But during a difficult period when my grandparents passed away, my feelings and aspirations were dismissed. I ended up moving forward with optometry school, only to eventually realize that it wasn't the path I wanted. So, I made a decision that was scary but necessary: I chose myself. I left optometry school and began pursuing my Master's in Healthcare Administration. I started working at a nursing home as an Assistant Business Office Manager, determined to build a career that actually felt like mine. That's when I joined R+H. When I first started, I knew I had goals, but I didn't necessarily have the confidence or clarity to pursue them fully. R+H helped me straighten out my goals, recognize my value, and—most importantly—believe in myself. Within just three months of starting as an Assistant Business Office Manager, I was promoted to Business Office Manager. I've only been in my new role for a few days, but so far, things are going really well. And honestly, I don't think I would have gotten here without the support and guidance I received from R+H. The biggest thing R+H gave me wasn't just career advice. It was a confidence boost. It taught me to value myself, recognize what I bring to the table, and stop letting other people's expectations define what I am capable of. When I look back, I realize I've broken almost every stereotype that was placed in front of me. I became the first college graduate in my family. The first daughter to start working at 15. The first daughter to move out of state. The first daughter to build her own home before marriage. And the first daughter not to be married before 25. And I'm proud of that. Not because I want to prove that tradition is wrong, but because I proved to myself that I am allowed to create a life that fits me. R+H and Coach Diana helped me realize that I don't have to settle for the life other people imagined for me. I can set my own goals, advocate for myself, negotiate for what I deserve, and keep growing. I am still learning, still growing, and still manifesting bigger opportunities—and yes, more money coming my way! But for the first time, I truly feel like I'm building the life and career that I chose for myself. Thank you, R+H, for believing in me, pushing me, and helping me see the value in myself. I genuinely don't know if I would be where I am today without your support and guidance.
