First, you supply my absolute favorite hummus! All my local stores have stopped carrying it and so I was beginning to panic. Your site made ordering easy, and packaging was nice and cold!

I have reached out several times in different ways over my order. My order was shipped out promptly. However when I received it the ice packs were melted and the cheeses were not cold. I have asked multiple times what I could do, if it would still be okay to feed/consume? With no response. I would have loved to be able to give 5 stars. I don’t want to give a 1 because I did receive it but I cannot use it without direction.

Hi Michela - sorry for dropping the ball with you. I was on vacations and clearly the email transfer did not work out. I will reach out privately to fix the issue. Our apologies again with this. Sebastien
