I ordered the mystery box for my son in law. The description said 10 cheese items with a few accompaniments, there were 7 cheeses and some accompaniments, so the description was misleading. He will get this for Christmas so I can’t speak on the cheese itself

Overall, I was very satisfied with the perfect delivery and careful packaging. The various types of cheese were delicious. I also enjoyed the fig jam and roseberry jam, though the portions were a bit small — but I guess I can just buy more next time. However, I was quite disappointed with the jambon. It didn’t taste very good to me. It was a bit tough and oily, and it stuck to my hands. I had to tear off each slice, but they didn’t separate well and just tore apart, losing their shape. The flavor also wasn’t to my liking — it had a bit of a smoky taste, and I wish there had been more variety. That said, I do intend to repurchase the cheese and jams. Thank you for your service.

Some of the cheese expired within days of receiving it but it was really good.

The selection of cheese was wonderful and great value, however my recipient lives in Horizon City, Texas temps have been over 100 degrees easily and while the package was sent with intent to keep cool the delivery company placed the package inside of a mailbox container It was warm by the time my family retrieved mail in afternoon I thought it would be delivered to door, they immediately refrigerated everything

Hi Anna, thank you for taking the time to write a review and share your experience with us. Indeed, when temperature rises over 100 degrees F, it is important to receive the package and put its content right away into refrigeration. I will reach out to you with a few options. We greatly appreciate your support. Sebastien

Quick delivery and quality products. Shipping was expensive.

Hi Randal - thank you for taking the time to write a review and share your experience with us. Unfortunately we do not set up the cost of shipping. All is calculated by FedEx and we are not making any money out of it. I would recommend to hit the free shipping threshold to avoid paying for orders. We greatly appreciate your support. Sebastien
