There’s no actual set amount listed for…
There’s no actual set amount listed for free shipping. I had to keep adding more and more to get to free shipping. Also, I ended up having to order 13 of the garlic and herb spread at double the price of what you pay in a store only to one of the 13 not be the correct item

I will be happy to send you a screenshot if you would like. As far as pricing goes, please see this as added service : we pick, ship and deliver to your door. Disappointed ☹️
Very disappointed that they replaced a cheese I ordered without contacting me first. It would have been nice to have the option to choose a new cheese or get a refund.

The cheese is just ok
The cheese is just ok. I can find it in the store. Kind of bland all over. But the goat cheese was delicious.

St Agur was just awarded GOLD at the World Cheese Awards and Supreme received BRONZE - in their respective categories. Since we ship nationwide, some cheese will be found in stores, and some wont. For your next trial, I would recommend to try Esquirrou - PDO Ossau Iraty - that was awarded 2018 World Champion in WI or Caprice des Dieux, a French staple. Warmly - Sebastien

There were a good selection of cheeses
There were a good selection of cheeses. For the price, there could have been a bigger box of crackers and maybe more meat.

My order arrived 2 days late
My order arrived 2 days late. I had to buy a substitute cheese for orders that needed completed on time.

Hi Tammy - thank you for your review and very sorry about FedEx delays. Unfortunately, FedEx while being a premier partner is out of our scope when it comes to on-time delivery. Since we cannot track all shipments it is impossible for us to know unless made aware. That's the only time when we can try to troubleshoot. While FedEx has a 97% - 98% on-time delivery, sometimes a package get delayed, related to covid, labor, weather etc...issues. It is always recommended to order with a bit of room, so if delays happened you are not stuck - and I can only sympathize with you for getting some unnecessary stress. We received everything that we ordered…
We received everything that we ordered but we didn’t receive the free sample that was advertised. No big deal as I understand there might have been limited supplies . But there was no mention of it so we also assume it was simply forgotten in the shipment.

As for the free sample, I believe there is a misunderstanding. You have entered the code "hello" which gave you a 10% off your entire order, not the coupon code "secretcheese" for a free cheese.
