I have had multiple reports issued or pooled by checker for various gig work jobs as well as regular employment in the past. Never before. Has there been a conviction come up? That is from 2012 but suddenly it has been on my profile at this point. Yet it is more than 10 years old misdemeanor conviction for reckless driving which is also illegal to be reported as per California law. That is it's never been reported suddenly in 2026 it was reported. Why is that inconsistency? And furthermore why are they breaking the law away reporting it because it has cost me jobs this reports

Worse than any service of it's kind I ever used. Terrible customer service. Slow to respond and VERY incomplete reports. I got far better results for myself and clients, for far LESS money. They overcharge. They provide little in the way of details and no financial or real estate background. They extensively use ai and bots to communicate and conversations are very circular. Save your money. This company deserves to be out of business. If you want REAL files to be able to use you won't get them here. My customer service "rep" was named "Dom", and he would ask questions then fail completely to follow through on further research based on my answers. Then suddenly he was back to square one, as if he had solved anything. He solved nothing. And there are no refunds if you are dissatisfied. Do NOT use this service.

Looking forward to seeing how this checker works. Just starting to learn to interview and rent to others personal property.

Stalled my background check for nearly two months — still not finalized. Putting my job offer on the line. All because they claimed to not having received my identification verification checklist, even though my employer has already sent that checklist to them one month ago.
