Hi Ajax, My name is Eden and I'm a member of the Customer Support team. Your ACH failed for being unable to locate your account. This means the bank account information you entered was incorrect, which is why this transaction failed. When an ACH fails we send you an email telling you why it failed and also giving you an opportunity to re-deposit this payment. I and several others on our team have been in constant communication with you about this over the past few days. We have also resolved the mistake you created by entering the wrong bank account information for your payment. We have already re-deposited your payment and you have already received the funds to the correct bank account. While we understand that this is a stressful situation, our team can only process a payment as per instructions the recipient fills out, in this case the wrong bank account information.
