OMG this is the absolute worst booking company ever!!!!! It's absolute fraud!!!!! I had a credit because they messed up my dates and turns out it was a lost credit not an actual credit ..... Basically if I used the credit it would be more $$$ to buy a ticket! This was their mistake and I had to pay for it. Never never book through them!!!!

Will never EVER EVER book With them again!!!!! Upgraded my flight 4 months early. When I checked in, I had no seat assignment, Delta said my reservation company had pulled my seats from me 3 months earlier??? Called them, they claim Delta did it because of a time Change..... so if a flight time is changed on a flight with 500 people who already have seat assignments that wipes out 500 seat assignments??? Ludicrous.... the idiocy just went on from there. Terrible, lying company!!!! BEWARE!!!!!!!!

I suggest booking directly through the airline. Cheap Tickets has hung up on my calls, customer service pretending they can’t hear me when I call to rebook a flight. Lost $700 with this airline.

Worst damn airline. You pay extra for everything. I mean EVERYTHING!!!

customer service is never available!

Terrible service and scammers! First and LAST TIME I SPEND MY MONEY HERE

Sent me tickets for the wrong date, wouldn't refund or exchange had to cancel my credit card with my bank. SCAMMERS. Buyer beware!
