I purchased 6 tickets to a University football game 3 weeks in advance. My tickets were E Tickets. They NEVER ARRIVED!!! My family drove 5 hours to come to this homecoming game. Customer service was terrible and they did not even try to get us other tickets. They told us we had to wait until the game started and if we did not have our tickets they would get us equal to or better tickets. At 6pm, we called and were told there was nothing they could do and the game was sold out. Go figure, you morons!! I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone!!!!

Well I made reservation with cheaptickets for a package deal for vegas for 4 nights with me and my girlfriend, 3 months from now, I had to cancel because I lost my job, after 6 days and it cost me $900.00 because they have no cancellation clause, on flight and car rental.DO NOT USE CHEAPTICKETS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Cheaptickets, owned by Expedia.com utilized bait and switch tactics to sell hard to sell fares. They intentionally misled flight fare options through checkout by offering differing price options, but not making it clear the dates changed by accepting them. When contacting customer service, they responded with the canned language that the tickets could not be changed due to the "deep discounts", while avoiding any accountability to their misleading website and unethical practices. I "saved" $20 to lose over $300 buying their "suggestions". The reviews repeat over and over that they do this, yet they make no attempt to change the site or hold themselves accountable. Expedia is complicit in this, which was surprising since we book travel a lot and never had a problem. It is my belief Expedia is the "quality" front for unethical business practices. If anyone is interested in a class action suit, include me. This misleading, and bait and switch behavior is unethical and needs to stop. In the meantime, we are filing complaints with as many places as we can to get attention. I can't imagine how some people spending their last dollar on travel could feel with this service. We feel bad enough as this was our son's ticket and his money, but we can recover. These people need to stop.

Read the fine print these are con artists. They’ll take your money with a big smile

Upon entering the flight info that I was hoping to book for we ended up with an airport an hour away for both flights. Only to be told this was non refundable. I never once had entered this airport into my search criteria when looking for the flights so I am unsure how this even happened. I spent over an hour trying to fix the problem only to be transferred three times and have them reconfirm that I In fact booked this way. I will never use cheap flight again.

Be carefull when you use cheaptickets.com. they don't investigate the accuracy of the photos that hotels post on their websites, and they will not help you if you are scammed using their website. I reserved a room in a hotel in Italy (vatican holiday hotel in Rome) through their website, and this hotel posted fake photos of the hotel, when we checked into the hotel, the rooms were totaly different than what was posted, and the insects were every where, the stairs for the second floor was shaking and about to fall, no closets, and cleaning equipment were inside the room. We had to leave but cheaptickets.com will not helps get our money back , all they did they said the hotel policy is that rooms booked are non refundable disregarding the facts that i stated. they have the worst customer service. shawn.

Just remember - everything you read about Cheaptickets goes for Expedia too - as they own them. They suck, don't use them. Nightmares.

Omg this is the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. They put a pending transfer on my account of over $846 and then said my card didn’t go through. Didn’t get any confirmation. Had to do a three way call with their representative and my bank. My bank told them exactly what they needed to do. All they needed to do was send in an email. That was 2 days ago and I’ve called them multiple times and still haven’t been able to resolve this issue. I was even put I hold for over 2 hours! Resulting in a $52 phone charge.! They haven’t even offered me anything! I will NEVER use them again. Oh and their travel insurance is a joke. It doesn’t help with anything except maybe luggage loss. So don’t even waste your money on that like I did. Here it is day 3 and still no email. I’m on hold again go figure for the second time today and it’s been well over half an hour already...
