Cheaptickets have cancelled my flight and told me to rebook by calling them but they are not answering my calls. I have. Even in the queue and on hold for over 2 hours using 20 phone calling cards from U.K. to USA. Call me back now as this is your duty as you have left me stranded in another country!!!

Non existent Customer Service Never using cheaptickets ever again. Very strange decision of Cheaptickets to remove the phone number from the website in times of (corona) crisis. The only way to contact them is by email and they haven't replied any of my mails since two weeks. I am sure they will not respond at all and keep every cent.

Really really crappy Service. I have booked two tickets with flight protection plan and they cancel return ticket and refund small portion of money but never really return a penny from flight protection plan They never answer when ever I call. Never ever using this website and including Travelocity, Orbitz, Hotels.com, Hotwire, Trivago, CheapTickets and eBookers, all owned by same garbage group

Scammers. Never repplied to my emails and I lost quite a lot of money on flight tickets that I could not even rebook. DON'T buy with them!!! You'll lose your money!!

I can’t communicate with this people and they haven’t send me my confirmation numbers for me to travel. They sent an email about coronavirus and I don’t have my Conf number. They not help meeven with Chats.

These scammers cancelled my overseas reservation due to corona virus situation without any instruction following the cancellation like how and when the refund will take place. They blocked their website and their phone connection. It's been 4 days now since the travel ban took place and I can't have access to them. Here is my message to you cheaptickets, if you think you will eat up the money I earned the hard way, you are wrong. I am going to fight it all the way even if it will cost me more than the price of my ticket. You better full refund me and before that you owe all your customers a BIG apology if you want to remain in the business. Note: You don"t even deserve the star I gave you, it was just for the system to let me through.
