Had a credit for Alaska Airlines from 2020 cancellation due to covid. Booked a flight in 2021 only to find out that after receiving a flight confirmation number, and were at the airport that we had been cancelled off both the to and from flights. There were no flights available out that day that was less than 1900 dollars for two people to fly from Phoenix to Seattle. No charges were billed to my card and the 292.40 credit that was supposed to be there for me to use disappeared. Now I have to dispute the room charges I booked, the rental car fees I never got to use, and try again to get back the flight credit that disappeared from Cheap Tickets website six days ago. They told me they were going to escalate the case, but so far has not called me. NEVER again will I book a flight on this Mickey Mouse POS website.

I have contacted IATA today, as they display IATA LOGO on their websites. This is the text of the communication. A company I booked airline tickets with in March 2020, has consistently refused to pay a partial refund they have agreed to. The flight was cancelled as advised by them. The company involved is cheaptickets (thailand) However this company is brandishing the IATA logo, claiming it is an 'AFFILIATE MEMBER' OF IATA. The company's headquarters are in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. It has many other connected websites around the world, all their sites display the IATA logo. It has consistently failed to refund passengers for airline tickets, some of which the airlines have refunded to the 'Cheap Tickets' over the last year. My questions are:- Is Cheap Tickets an affiliate member of IATA? If is not, how can you stop Cheap Tickets, in it's various forms from displaying your logo, and asserting it is an affiliate member? Cheap Tickets operate through a range of websites. cheaptickets (hk) HONG KONG cheaptickets (th) THAILAND cheaptickets(nl) NETHERLANDS cheaptickets (de) DENMARK cheaptickets (ch) SWITZERLAND cheaptickets (be) BELGIUM

This is not a legitimate business. None of the customer service numbers work (740)233-0140 is disconnected, (855)983-4672 voicemail box full not able to leave a message. Contact us link does not work and the website link goes to GoDaddy. Not able to cancel or get a refund. Do not use this website: Cheapflightfares. Email receipt lists company as TravelNTickets also illegitimate and no customer service. Total scam. Will not refund $2598.02 for three reservations: 798073,799062,799080. How can you reach them to change a reservation or cancel the purchase when there is no customer service number that works? Investigate Cheapflightsfares and TravelNtickets so no one else is scammed and ripped off.

USING CHEAPTICKETS was my first big mistake ...First time using them and LAST TIME using them... THE disappointment continues with HILTON and EMBASSY Suites Ft Lauderdale .... My stay was scheduled for Friday April 1st ... My son tested positive for Covid on Wed 30th and I immediately contacted CheapTickets working on either rescheduling or Cancel/reimburse for my prepaid stay. They said they would work on it... I called I sent emails and received very little communication back on what was getting done and I believe that was issues with Both organizations ... I typically would sing praises for Hilton and Embassy but in this instance they scored less than a zero...So many other things to deal with that this should be a simple click of a button and they either refunded me or let me reschedule the stay to the new date of the delayed trip.... Really disappointed.... Feel robbed

DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM HERE. I’m near positive that Cheap Tickets is a scam. Sent me an itinerary number that doesn’t work for anything, and good luck getting ANYTHING out of them through customer service. If you need anything, you have to go straight through the airline. We’re stuck right now because we purchased our whole trip through them, but I wish we never had.

This was the worst experience. Nothing about the original flight stayed the same. The airlines (Jetblue and Avianca) were changing information cheaptickets never told me. I ended up paying for a hotel due to a 24 hour layover. No one is responsible and no can help

Don't deceive yourself, it's just that you sent me an email telling me that refunds started on February 9th, and it is already February 25th today, and I haven't received your refund for a cent in my account! If you say that you have refunded, please post your bank refund voucher here for everyone to see! Don't just send an email refund evidence edited by your company, please take out the bank refund electronic bill! Order number is CHK-5661447

This is not a business, but a bunch of criminals. Because of COVID (therefore not my fault) my flight was cancelled, British Airways returned my money without any issue, Cheaptickets instead refused to return the $65 fee. I hope they go out of business ASAP; a company speculating on this pandemia does not deserve to be on the market.
