An unauthorized reservation showed up in my email and my bank card had an attempted charge on it. Contact Expedia/cheap tickets and they refused to take blame and told me there was no suspicious activity occurring. Unable to cancel and now I’m going to be charged for something I didn’t make.

Why do they promote fully refundable? The thing that's fully refundable is the little fee cheaptickets.com charge. This is false advertisement. They take all your money up front then if you cancel the reservation it's like they don't have anything to do with getting your money back. I think its time to let the people know. Socal Media watch out.

Don't ever rent a car through this company. I rented a car through cheaptickets.com. Went to pick up my rental from addcar rental and they said they had no cars in inventory. They referred me back to cheaptickets.com to request a refund. Cheaptickets.com did not grant my refund. I ask for them to reach out to the Addcar rental and they would confirm no cars were available. They closed my case without further review and didnt provide my refund. They are scammers!!!!

CheapTickets probeert je via hun support op een schandalige manier geld uit de zak te kloppen zodra je een datum wilt wijzigen. Ze eisten een zogenaamde maatschappij-fee van € 759,00 per persoon, plus hun eigen € 60,00 administratiekosten en € 16,26 servicefee per persoon. Toen ik rechtstreeks met de luchtvaartmaatschappij belde, bleek dat zij in werkelijkheid slechts € 80 wijzigingskosten hanteren! Helaas konden zij de vlucht niet omboeken omdat het ticket via deze tussenpersoon loopt. CheapTickets misbruikt haar positie om onreële bedragen door te rekenen. Misleidend en schandalig duur!

Slecht antwoord op je vraag alleen maar om te zorgen dat je cancelt en een duurder nieuw ticket boekt, terwijl er niets mis bleek te zijn. Ik zal er nooit meer een ticket boeken.

I booked a reservation flight and rental car. I land at my destination and at the thrifty rental car counter the employee turned me down because i didnt have a credit card even though i had a debit card. Thrifty confirmation email clearly states that if a debit card is used a $500 hold wilk be placed. I was ok with that. I still was turned down and told by the employee to contact this 3rd party to get my refund. I contacted customer service on cheaptickets and they told me in an email that i could not get a refund because my reservation was non refundable. I did not even want to cancel my reservation i wanted my rental car. I was stuck in. Another state late at night around midnight. They took my money turned me down and did not resolve my issue. I had to rent another vehicle with another rental company last minute. I advise anyone who wants to book a trip do not use cheaptickets com or expedia. Your trip will not be secured or hassle free. If you have any issues you will not be helped. I was stuck and had to contact a family member to help me get a new rental. I will never book with them again. They just lost a customer who always used them to book trips

Dramatische ervaring. Na een wijziging in de vluchtgegevens hebben ze geen goed nieuw ticket uitgegeven voor het laatste deel van mijn reis tussen München en Amsterdam. Dag van tevoren aangekaart en steeds zou het probleem binnen een paar uur opgelost worden. Achteraf heel de nacht wakker gebleven voor geen oplossing. Ze laten je aan je lot over en helpen totaal niet na het zelf verpesten van mijn vlucht.
