Booked a flight well in advanced, obtained confirmation from cheaptickets, but when arrived to the airport the airline couldn’t fnd my booking. I ended up paying double the price. Cheaptickets is a scam

Customer Service virtually not existing. Our flight was automatically changed to another flight by the airline, which made our travel plans a mess. Changing the flight was not possible: the airline said, we need to talk with Cheaptickets. Cheaptickets has a chat bot which did not resolve anything and contacting by email is a joke, since they first ask you to confirm that you really want the email to be processed by them and that it is going to take five(!) days. So if anything goes wrong, don't count on this company, they will leave you alone.

Can’t even book our trip, have tried for 2 days thru their app. Says unable to complete booking try again later. Can’t call and talk to a person because you need itinerary number?? Which I don’t have because I can’t book trip🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!! I was supposed to receive a voucher valid for. 2 years for my flight ticket that was cancelled during pandemic. Never received anything, it’s now been almost 2 years and they refuse to give me the voucher saying that is now expired!! I will definitely take them to court

Purchased a ticket accidentally, went to return it an hour later, company told my bank they were gonna give me credit,(lied! Did this because I opened a dispute with them!) later when I went to book a Flight with the credit there was no credit! and they denied to work anything out, pretty much stole $670 from my account, theft scam company! Stay away unless you want to be dissatisfied!

Worst flight booking experience I have ever had. Needed to change flights. Was awarded flight credit and received an email saying I could redeem this credit on cheaptickets.com. Attempted to redeem credit and it showed that I had no credit to redeem. Chatted with an agent and was told I needed to deal with the credit through the airline, not cheaptickets.com. I will never use this service again and encourage everyone else to avoid it as well. It is a flat-out scam. They are relying on customers getting frustrating and giving up or forgetting about their credit. Complete dishonesty on the part of this business!

Is after paying $400 is the dollars to renew our covid tests is we had to stay another night in New York then then the day after we had to pay more money to Turkish airlines since they're polyphony since their policy requires payment after no fly no shows Cheap tickets refused refused to help us out open cell so the only thing we could do Was asked for a refund I would never recommend them to anybody. I used them one time before with no issues but because of the headache they caused and the $2000 I spent with them I will never try anything with them again.

Do not book with this company! Money will be gone and they keep it. Do not pay it back. I wait for 3800 Euro for nearly one year! Flight booked, canceled. They closed the cheaptickets.de review plattform because of too many bad recessions. It is all under the name of Travix, Netherlands
