CheapticketsReviews of cheaptickets.com

This company took $595.20 cents from my account and when I said I never got my refund they tried telling me they put it back in my account and never did so I'm out 595.20 . Nobody spoke English and I never got it resolved. I highly recommend nobody buys from this company they are thief's.

We booked a flight for my son to be here for christmas a month in advance, go to the airport only to be told, Cheapflights canceled it and rescheduled for a later date. Cheapflights never updated us. HORRIBLE experience. I wouldn't recommend to anyone. Nice way to disappoint a family for Christmas.

The worse company ever to book with would not recommend your company ever!

The company is a total scam they tried to charge the money giving the higher fare & never ever delivering the services I do not recommend the service company is a total fraud the agent name lunamay misguided me behavior was not good & she was very rude I do not trust this company

I have used cheaptickets for over a decade...I had credits because of COVID but apparently you need a miracle to use your own money already spent....I am so upset....I have lost over $500...I also bought the insurance which when flights were cancelled because of COVID were useless....I will NEVER use anything but the airline to book again...And now I am being told in order to use my OWN MONEY...due to FLIGHTS I DID NOT CANCEL MYSELF!!! I have to travel from the exact starting place to the ending place....I am so disgusted and angry.....and feel stupid that I ever trusted these companies.....come on....customer service??? Or no??? Guess not.

I tried booking a flight with them in April 2022. They sent me an e-ticket but I never received a payment link, which I communicated to them. They assured me that it was fine. I tried numerous times to explain that I haven't paid for it and wasn't about to try and get on a flight that I haven't paid for. Fast-forward 6 months... It's October 2022 and I start receiving emails with payment links for a flight in April 2022 (which I canceled and never boarded). They have now started threatening me with legal action if I don't make the payments. This company is a joke and should not be allowed to conduct business.

I booked a hotel using CheapTickets a few months in advance. When I got to the hotel they informed me that the room I reserved had smoke damage and that I was unable to stay there. For the inconvenience they refunded me a night and put me in a different room. They informed me that I would have to contact CheapTickets to get the refund and they would issue a refund on their end to CheapTickets. The card I used to book the room had since been cancelled since my bank account was hacked. When I called the first time to get the refund the guy on the phone said he would inform the appropriate parties of my card situation and that someone would call me. No one called me. The second time I tried to get the refund I was told that they could only issue the refund to the card on file. I explained again that it’s not possible and they said to me “couldn’t you just have your bank give you a new card with the old card information?” After explaining countless times that that can’t happen they told me there’s nothing they can do. So now I am out $500. I am beyond frustrated and will never use CheapTickets again. For what it’s worth, the customer service agents were very nice. I even got disconnected and the lady actually called me back. I am truly astonished that I won’t be getting my money back.
