Scam - lied about price online
I tried to book a flight. I waited over 15 minutes for the confirmation and finally had to call customer service. The rep told me that the price had gone up over $100. Don't trust this company. It's a scam.

I was able to resolve the problem
I was able to resolve the problem. I was a bit sad that I did not get the amount I selected first but I truly appreciate Kayla Johnson for her help in explaining how things work. I waited a bit long on the phone but it was alright.

This was a very complicated trip
This was a very complicated trip. Flying half way around the world from Bend,OR to Durban in South Africa. I am 76 years old and on a limited budget. Andrew Hall more than met the challenge. He was courteous, responsive, knowledgeable and most of all I trusted him. He must have gone through many flight and airline variations but finally he found the perfect itineary; days, airlines and price that worked for me. I must say "well done".

Neal Jones was very helpful and…
Neal Jones was very helpful and patient. He follows up and made sure you are taken care of. We have a few more things to follow up like helping me get my assigned seats but he said he will help me when we are 24 hours away. I expect to communicate with him then.
