I have not figured out how this company has such high reviews. They are a "bait and switch" company. They do not honor the prices shown on their website. When my online submission was not completed I called. I was given a price over $200 more than online, plus many excuses. This was not a single experience, but several times over two days. One employee "Neal" said their website was not working properly. The next one said it was fine but quoted me over $200 more than the WEB.

Sophia at CheapSkyDeals.com was competent and very friendly. She took time to go over what she needed to do to book my flight and to get the most affordable fare possible. At each phase of booking she was pleasant and listened to my concerns. I recommend using cheapskydeals.com for booking flights!

Brian was the best customer service person that I have had in a long time. He called me right away when the price changed and offered his assistance. It took me a while to call back and make a decision on my flight but he was right there and assisted me. He provided me with detailed information and I am on my way to visit my family in Texas. My experience with my representative Mr. Duke Walker was anything but exceptional. He guided me through my entire itinerary as far as flights, layovers and destinations. As a disabled passenger, he made sure that I have comfortable seating. Mr. Walker is a godsend. My first time traveling international alone , I feel comfortable. Thank you again Mr. Walker. I will be calling again.

Your web site posted departure times were inaccurate. We now realize that they were too good to be true. We feel we were lured into making reservations with this company. You posted departure times that were not available. I cannot recommend this company to anyone. I checked 3 stars as Sophia was excellent!!!!!!!
