At first I received a phone call and it appeared to be a spam call, so I did not take the call. But on the second call I picked up and I am glad I did. The call from Andrew Hall was very professional and explained every detail slowly and accurately for me to understand. It was the first time I used this booking service and will not be the last. I was very impressed with the whole experence.

Sophia was very helpful. The website not so much. I had to call to get flight due to when booking online showed many seats available, however Sophia informed me that flight was full with only 2 seats available. Maybe have real-time on your website and wouldn't cause as much frustration. However with that being said Sophia was able to get flights taken care of for me and she was pleasant to speak with and delt with my frustration very well.

I'm writing a review with regards to my booking experience for my upcoming travel from Boston to Manila in the month of April 2026. Primarily, Andrew Hall was our main contact throughout the process in addition to Logan Carter (initially). Both reps were very courteous, took time to ensure each step is clear, communicate clearly, and helpful in making sure that we receive the best possible services for our requests (seats assignments and wheelchair assistance for my wife) as senior travelers. Both follow through with return phone calls and email confirmation of any updates. We're truly appreciative of their efforts to assist and/or reach us for our booking experience. We hope that our travel experience would be seamless to Manila and from Boston including the return flights. So far, we highly commend both Andrew and Logan for their exemplary assistance.
