I was not expecting a call regarding my online booking, but Sarah was very helpful in explaining what was going on with the flight I had chosen, and how to get the booking completed. Even though she has a heavy accent she spoke clearly and slowly so I could understand her. I rarely fly and have never used cheapskydeal.com before. I'm optimistic that everything is good and my flights will go as planned.

My travel consultant was David. He made everything very smooth and very easy for us to schedule our flight. He even called back the next day to inform us that the upgrade we had asked for was now available. While I can use many apps to schedule a flight, I assure you I will be using Cheap Sky Deal and David for future travel.

David assisted me with booking my flights. He was very knowledgeable and helped clarify every one of my questions. He offered solutions to my needs and concerns, and was efficient with the process. At the end of David's shift, he promised to call me back the next day to follow up with one last task, which he did do that. The most impressive part though, is that I called back a week later and he remembered who I was and the details. He even answered my questions before I needed to recollect his memory.
