I selected a basic round ticket that met my budget, bringing the total USD to 387. After submitting the payment, it kept saying ticketing in progress. Then I received a call that was flagged by my phone as possible spam. That scared me, and then the gentleman told me the price for the return portion of my ticket has increased. He said the departure was already charged, and if I did not pay the increased price for the return, I would lose the funds because it was nonrefundable. I had to comply and ended up spending 498 700 dollars, with a third charge I didn't understand. The entire process was troubling as I kept fearing that I had been scammed. I ignored other lower fares with better times because I thought I was buying something cheaper, only to end up incurring a higher unplanned expense. I will not use this service again. I am really hoping that there will be no further issues when I try to check in and board. Funds I had budgeted for taxi fares to and from airports are now used up in securing this ticket. I am a very unhappy customer and will never recommend this service.

I booked online and Neal Jones called me to ask if I would like to use another airline who had a better price. Of course I said yes , and he took the time to find the best fare saving me over four hundred dollars. I wasn't expecting that , but it was a great experience.

The request was pending when I was informed that the time I selected was no longer economy and I had to pay the extra $90 dollars. I said since I didn't get times I wanted I wanted to cancel but they wouldn't. THey are a bunch of thieves. NOthing but a scam.

Tried to book round trip and showed pending for an hour and half, had to speak to their support, spoke to someone in India, asked me that booking showed pending since fare got Price Increased, or accept one way for my same round trip price. The site quotes a low initial rate, only to call or email later claiming the fare is gone and demanding a higher payment and Itinerary Changes and that it could not be cancelled. Ordered direct flights, only to be told that I must switch to multi-stop or less convenient flights. Difficulties reaching support and getting swift resolutions when issues arise after payment and I had to stay on the call for 4 hours going between representative and supervisor.
