Ronnie Bell was very professional, and he helped me to book my ticket despite some hiccups!

Ronnie Bell was courteous, professional, and patient with my questions. He provided everything I asked for. The only concern was I paid for a refundable fare, and my ticket confirmation does not state it is refundable. Ronnie assured me it is refundable because I paid for that. I hope not to have to ask for a refund; but if I do, we shall see whether I actually receive a refund. Otherwise, Ronnie was great!

David Briggs was very helpful. He reached out to me the day after I selected flights on line. He offered to set me up with a better time of departure and shorter layover. I gladly agreed. He followed up via phone and even arranged seating with extra leg room.

Ronnie Bell was very helpful in booking my flight, confirming & issuing my e-ticket on a last minute flight.
