David went above and beyond then just getting flight tickets. he also got us very good seats in the front of the plane for no extra charge. I will use cheapsky deal in the future.

The representative, (David Briggs) was extremely helpful. I’ve never heard of this booking website before I just happened to stumble on it looking for flights online. They had a better deal than other booking websites but when I booked the ticket, I received a call five minutes later, telling me the price has changed but David explained to me why that happened and went over and beyond to accommodate me. He also called me back exactly when he said he would which almost never happens with most representatives. Something else that I really appreciated, was the fact that I could get a real person on the phone and not a robot! That was a huge plus for me. So, I had an overall great experience with cheapskydeal.com and will definitely use them in the future.
