I booked a flight for my grandson. I found a great flight at a great price. We received the itinerary with the flight information from cheapflightbuddy. Then we received another email stating that they could not get the return flight that I had booked and they wanted to book a different day with longer layovers. I explained that he could not fly out on that date and time and they kept saying that if I wanted the flight I had originally booked then it was going to be an addition $500or so. I asked them to cancel everything since they were not able to get the flight that i had booked and they refused. They said that I was being uncooperative and that it was my fault for booking with them.

In total, there are numerous scammers. I strongly advise against using their services. While planning my birthday trip to meet some friends, I purchased a ticket from these scammers. After approximately three hours, I began receiving multiple calls from the scam phone number ‪(877) 847-4278. They informed me that the flight I had just booked was no longer available, despite having paid in full. Subsequently, they claimed my flight was placed on standby and offered to assist me for an additional $300. I declined their offer and labeled them as scammers. I then contacted American Airlines to verify my flight status, and they confirmed that there was no flight confirmation provided to me. I inquired with American Airlines whether they would place me on standby after I purchased my ticket, and they clarified that they do not operate such a system; once a ticket is sold, it is confirmed. I subsequently requested a full refund and instructed them to cancel my order, but they refused. As a result, I contacted my credit card company to file a complaint and block any charges from cheapflightbuddy.com or farebuddies.com to prevent them from charging my account. FYI: Call your credit card company. Contact your card issuer's fraud department immediately. Look for the number on the back of your card - Inform them of the potential compromise so they can cancel your current card, block new transactions, and issue a replacement with a new card and number. Such a horrible experience! I made booking few hours ago at certain price. Now they are asking me to pay more money to confirm that flight. The bizarre thing is I can't even cancel it. I just have to pay whatever they mentioned it and can't cancel it. If I cancel it they won't refund it even within few hours. Such a bad experience,.... Very very bad customer service.... Never trusting this website... Felt like cheated..... Such a disappointment

Right from the beginning of booking there were problems. Where I thought that I was getting a discounted price, and paid the advertised amount, the agent emailed to inform me that they were unable to put both of us on the same flight and then when I inquired about canceling I was informed that there would not be a refund and that I could upgrade in order for myself and my husband to be on the same flight. So I ended up paying another 5-600 $. So this was not a discount deal. Then to top it off there was no carry on bag included and I was only allowed a small purse. And then with 2 stop overs before flying to Toronto this resulted in our luggage being misplaced. So it was not a very good experience for us and I will not be booking through this site in the near future and I will be sharing our experience with my family and friends.
