First time dealing with this company and clicked on a promotion that I didn’t know all the details on. This ended up being a bait and switch tactic where they give you a promotion and then call you immediately and tell you that it’s not available anymore. The amount of money they charged me I could’ve gone through American Airlines and gotten my points and the booking would’ve taken five minutes. Instead, it took an hour for them to book a flight. Needless to say the amount of wait time felt like a scam artist company. The record locator showed up on my American app so it’s a legitimate purchase, but I’m not getting really what I wanted. I would stay away from this company not to be racist, but it’s Indian-run and you’re not going to get anywhere with them. I told him I will never deal with their company ever again. This was not a good first time experience. I’m also getting a new credit card. I just do not trust the amount of time I was on hold that all of it was booking my airline tickets. Whoever read this, please stay away from this company!

This Cheapflightbuddy is a scam. They will post catchy air fare deals in their website and later will send you email that your booking is pending and needs further actions. They will call you and will elaborate terms about no refund policy, higher price deals, and not their fault but it’s Airline’s last minute deal, etc etc. Don’t be carried away with their too good to be true air fares. ZERO STAR AND NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!

This company is a TOTAL scam. They told me I was booked on United but when I called United there was NO record whatsoever. I will now have to request a new credit card since they obviously are going to try to use the info to scam me.

Be very careful using this site. The price you see on website guarantees NOTHING. Airline may overbook; you get bumped. You are not guaranteed the date or the time. You can't check bags, only allowed 5# of carry on. No choice of seating, you are bottom of the barrel. You cannot cancel or change anything. This is mentioned, in not very clear language, in a small paragraph at the end of the process. I tried calling to verify but got very unclear response by reservation agents trying to upsell me. After you purchase your 'great deal' they call to confirm and advise what a crappy deal you have paid for. I had to pay $342 dollars more to be guaranteed my date and time. I haven't had my flight yet, but I will NEVER use this company again.

Do not have any deal with this company , it is a big scam , they just try to scam the innocents people , I never had that bad experience with any other company than this one. Be careful!!!!!!!!!! If luckily your credit card didn’t debit yet, contacte your bank immediately to block it
