They sell fake tickets online. After you pay, they send you a confirmation and then tell you the ticket is no longer available on sale. You have to pay $300 to $400 extra to upgrade. In my case, I lost $424 to them because I won't pay extra. It's a scam and I've reported them to FTC. Don't buy any tickets from these scammers unless you want to loose your money.

SCAM WARNING! I paid for my tickets, but they charged my card without issuing them. Instead, they later contacted me asking for additional money, claiming I had to rebook because airline prices had increased or that my only option was to accept extremely long layovers. This feels like a bait-and-switch tactic designed to get more money after payment. I would not recommend this company. Stay away.

This is a scam; stay away. I had a very disappointing experience with Farecrown. I was told I would be charged $1,200 for my ticket, but then I received a call telling me the ticket I "purchased" was a standby ticket, and it is not guaranteed, and no bags are allowed. They ended up charging me close to $1900 instead.

This was sent to a Miami email after multiple tries to reach someone by phone, and still no response! Do not use these people! Dear Sir, I really hope this is a corporate location for this company because no one that I have spoke with on the phone has kept their word and even called me back as promised. This includes stated "supervisors" named Nick and Willie (so they said). I bought a ticked through your company to fly from Charlestion WV to Dallas Fort Worth,Texas, departing on May 24th and returning to Charleston, WV from Dallas on June 27th. However, when I was dropped off at Charleston, WV on May 24th for my American Airline flight, I was informed at security that my ticket showed I was departing from Charleston "South Carolina", NOT Charlestion, WV. The ticket was useless! I had to buy a one way new ticket from Delta airlines, for an ADDITIONAL ($429.00) in order to fly out that day to make it to Dallas. Now, my return ticket on June 27th will go from Dallas to Charleston, "South Carolina" instead of back home to Charleston, WV...which is another useless ticket, all in error by your booking agent (which also said his name was "Willie" same as the supervisor that never returned my call as promised. Im a senior citizen and this delimma caused by your agent has caused me a grave amount of stress, mentally and financially. Reputable companies DO NOT do customers like this! I need a ticket to get back home on June 27th. Back home is WV, Huntington OR Charleston, not South Carolina. No early morning flights cause I do not have a way to airport at an early time. Please do the right thing and fix this major error caused by your agent.
