I absolutely love my piece. It turned out fantastic. I get so many complements on the uniqueness and once I tell them it is my husband and my name, they're so amazed. I'm telling everyone I know; they should get one made for themselves.

I was grateful that I was able to see the charm before completing the purchase. They were very accommodating and changing to a charm I would prefer. When it didn’t work out, I was refunded with no difficulty. The one I did order I love and I will happily keep it with me.
